Terms of Use

By using the Sharihah website, app or API (the "Service") provided by Sharihah ("we"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service builds editable presentations from the files and information you provide, using AI, and lets you edit, download and share them for review.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for all activity on your account and API keys. You must be an adult or authorised by your employer or school. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Your content

Your files and the decks built from them remain yours; we claim no ownership. You let us process them only to provide the Service to you. Do not upload content you have no right to use, unlawful content, or confidential information you are not allowed to process outside your organisation (for government or commercial material, check its policy first).

4. AI output

The Service is designed to keep to the numbers in your references, not to invent any, and to mark what is missing, but output can contain mistakes or imprecise judgements. Review a deck before presenting, sharing or relying on it for an engineering, financial or regulatory decision; you are responsible for how you use it, and it does not replace a qualified professional's review.

5. Plans and subscriptions

The free plan has a monthly limit of decks and edits. Sharihah Pro on iPhone is paid through the App Store and renews automatically at the same length and price until you cancel in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple account on confirmation, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policy. Apple's standard EULA also applies. If you pay on the website, payment goes through Moyasar for one period (30 days or a year) with no automatic renewal, and you renew from your account page whenever you like. If it goes through Polar instead, the seller of record, which handles tax and refunds under its own policy; you cancel from the link in your receipt and Pro continues until the end of the paid period. The subscription belongs to your account and works on the website and the app. We may change prices and limits with advance notice; a change does not affect a paid period already started.

6. Acceptable use

Do not disrupt or attack the Service, access others' data, use it with excessive automation, or get around plan limits, or use it to produce misleading or unlawful content. The API has rate limits we enforce, and your keys are personal: do not share them.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, its logo, designs and software belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it under these terms. The decks you build are yours, including for commercial use.

8. Termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which erases your data. We may suspend or restrict an account that breaks these terms or endangers the Service, telling you where we can.

9. Disclaimer and limits

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages from using the Service or its decks, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above; for material changes we will tell you in the Service. Continuing to use it after they take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts decide any dispute, after we have tried to resolve it amicably.
